Are You Thrilled to Learn From Your Remarkable Friends?
Please pay attention to your friends as they can be extraordinary teachers.

I am so thrilled when I have a friend I admire.
My friend, Christie, with whom I play pickleball, is a hoot!
She is an excellent role model for us — no matter our age.
One of the qualities I like most about her is she makes all of us laugh.
Another thing I appreciate about Christie is she plays pickleball with intensity but doesn’t take it too seriously. She knows there are way more important things in life.
At times, I have to reach deep down to find the patience to play this fun game with newbie players. I am in no way an advanced player; however, I tend to be a tad competitive and prefer to play pickleball with others at my level.
Not Christie. She generously welcomes new players and embodies the patience of Job when engaging in the game with them. She has brought newbies to the courts to play with us.
She is an example of how to be more willing and helpful.
