Beautiful post Lisa. I too have spent years alone and for the most part it was an exhilarating growth experience. Now I’m 12 years into a marriage and hubby has cognitive issues. I have full responsibility for everything and most of the control. It’s almost the same experience but a bit more challenging. Thanking for sharing.
