Good for you for finding something that works. Fortunately, I've never had a weight problem, though I have gained 10 pounds or so in my life. I've usually just cut back, and in time, the weight is gone. I'd never consider what you're doing. I'm hungry in the morning, and I exercise daily, and that's what keeps my weight stable.
