Great article, Blake. I agree that it's not about steps, and fitness encompasses so much more. According to my sports watch, I usually get 10,000 steps a day, but that's not my goal. I exercise six days a week—cardio, weights, and stretching, plus pickleball and a healthy diet. I'm well into the third third of my life and plan on living to 100. Thanks for sharing this vital information.
