Great tips, Ken. I always read a bit of inspirational or spiritual work for a few minutes every morning. Like you, I reserve 30-45 minutes at bedtime to read before falling asleep. It sounds as though you read mostly non-fiction. I always have a non-fictioin and a fiction book going. Thanks!
