I drank for 50 years, Glyn, and finally quit almost 6 years ago. I have never slept better. Plus, I exercise a lot. 12,000 steps is my normal for one day and I don't even try to get that much. It simply happens because I'm busy. I do walk or play pickleball every day--so that helps. HIIT is too tough for me. Good for you for doing it. I say--alcohol has zero benefits. If you quit you, you won't regret it. (There's nothing wrong with pizza now and then, either. We must enjoy living!) Thanks for sharing.
