I love this article, Barb! You inspire me, too--just like those folks at the gym. I've got about 10 years on you and I strength train, hike and play pickleball. Oh, and stretch. You've motivated me to push myself further with the weights. I've been wimping out lately. Plus, I eat my cookies when I have the urge! Mostly my diet is clean and healthy.
