I quit on my own and I'm not a unicorn! LOL. I did get support by reading every quit lit book I could get my hands on. I also had some support from my sister and a few friends I told I was quitting. I suppose I wasn't completely on my own. I agree, it's easier with support though family or friends can be enough. Thanks for sharing Sarah.
