I'm not surprised by this list yet I was by the suggestion not to do crunches. I get it since I have back issues but still try doing them occasionally. Now I have a reason to stop! LOL. I stretch and do balance exercises daily along with my safe cardio routine and light weight lifting. Thanks so much for sharing, James.
