James, thank you so much for the generous shout out you gave me in this article. Plus, I love what you wrote about staying fit and having to adjust due to injury or health. I've had both knees replaced because 25 years of running on legs where my knees were slightly out of alignment. Who knew? As you mentioned, pickleball fills the bill nicely, along with hiking and weights. Point well-taken about diet. We'll never be able to exercise away a poor diet. Keep writing you're an inspiration.
