Six months of sobriety is a big deal for those who have freed themselves from the web of alcohol misuse.

The first months are the most difficult — a time to dodge the cravings and temptations you once gave into regularly.

If someone decides to drop alcohol from their life, it’s because they see there’s a problem.

Bella said:

I have done my fair share of drinking. I loved alcohol, and it got to the point where even I started to, you know, cancel nights out that I felt like I wouldn't be able to control myself.

Smart woman. It also takes courage to decide the consequences of drinking far outweigh the pleasures.

Hadid follows many celebrities who have given up the drink; Drew Barrymore, Jamie Lee Curtis, Chrissy Teigen, and others.

Hadid co-founded Kin Euphorics, a brand of functional, non-alcoholic beverages.

Hadid’s doctor, a Kin medical adviser, scanned her brain, showing the effects alcohol had on it. She said this makes it “a lot harder to pick up the glass.”
