New Year’s Resolutions Are Vital Yet More Important — Who Will You BE in the New Year?

You want the best life possible, and today, or any day — is the perfect time to begin.

Every year you set lofty goals — you’ll lose 15 pounds, write your memoir or buy that house you’ve been yearning for.

All are worthy and admirable objectives. We should have them. Without plans and intentions, how would we direct our lives? How would we accomplish anything?

A few questions

Who are you today, and who do you want to be in 2023?

What traits would you like to leave behind? What has been getting in the way of becoming the best you can be?

What words or actions have been holding you back? Scarcity, fear, lack of focus, or impatience?

You may have goals or intentions that you want to attract into your life, but more importantly — who do you need to become to draw it in?

Can you see yourself entering the new year as the best version of yourself — confident, healthy, accomplished, and full of joy? What about curiosity and a thirst for knowledge?

Those are a few characteristics I plan on bringing into the new year.
