Thank you, Cal for your inspiring article. I am in great shape for my age--I hike, walk, play pickleball, lift light weights --vary this 6 days a week. I'd never heard of the "hold" method. Even at my age, I'll give it a try. Keep going--you're at the age where fitness begins to mean something.
