Thank you for sharing your daily habits. I do the first 8. I try to keep the house tidy everywhere and since it's just my hubby and me (and our dog), it's easier than with children. Most of my foods are one ingredient but I do enjoy a healthy protein bar with my coffee in the a.m. I've signed up for your newsletter. Thanks.
