Thank you for this vital information, Khyati. I follow all the suggestions except I like my sugar treats. I will cut back on them as I knew that could be detrimental to my health but didn't realize it would affect my longevity. I'm already 77, a daily exerciser, and plan on living another 20 years minimum.
