Thanks, Dave, for writing this article about Allen Carr's book. This was one of three books that inspired me on my quest for sobriety. The others were This Naked Mind and Kick the Drink...Easily. The second is a take on Carr's book. Everyone concerned about their drinking (everyone should be) needs to read The Easy Way.
