Thanks for sharing this info, James. Since COVID-19 began, I have begun a weight-lifting routine (which would be easy for you yet challenging for me) and have consistently worked out a minimum of two days a week, and I can see an improvement in body tone. Interestingly, I recently began a few calisthenic exercises—one leg squat, lunges, and lateral lunges. Again, these would be easy for you. I'm sorry about that darn disc.
