Thanks, James, for sharing this interesting information. I'm not surprised Louisiana is at the bottom of several areas. I'm originally from N.J. -I was born there and left for CA when I was 27. I left my heart in CA, for sure. I live primarily in Arizona now, but I still spend a part of the year in CA. You always write fact-filled and noteworthy articles.
