Those are scary statistics that so many people are eating packaged foods. I will consume a healthy protein bar with my morning coffee. That's it for packaged food. Fast food is rarely consumed in our home. I love my daily blueberries, strawberries with acai, and a nut granola for a snack. Thanks for sharing and good luck moving into your future with your doctorate.
