What a Delightful Surprise for Me to Discover Who Travis Barker Is and That He’s Sober
This is a perfect example of not judging a book by its cover.
Travis Barker is a vegan, a drummer for the punk rock band Blink-182, and owns Barker Wellness, a company specializing in cannabinoid-infused products.
Perhaps it’s my age that I’m not familiar with the band or Travis. I grew up with the Beatles and the Rolling Stones, so I’m unenlightened about his genre.
I found him through my search for CBD oil, without THC, no drugs for me.
No drugs for Travis either.
I was astonished to see a photo of Travis Barker, who founded a wellness company. I needed to know more.
I expected to see a manicured, well-groomed man in a three-piece suit. I love that I was wrong with my conventional mindset.
Barker has had a long career in the music industry as a songwriter, producing albums for Blink-182 and collaborating with Guns N’ Roses guitarist Slash, Eminem, and others.
Rolling Stone called him “punk’s first superstar drummer” and named him one of the 100 greatest drummers of all time.
