Wow, Adrian, you have experienced so many benefits from your 10K steps daily. Bravo.I walk 12,000 steps a day without aiming to. I walk or play pickleball daily. Less steps with pickleball than walking but I love it. Plus daily chores (we have a large home all on one floor. I have many of the same benefits for you and am much older (don't tell anyone!) Keep up the great work.
