Wow, Joe, what a story! I'm so glad you found that out. It appears it saved your life. I have a close relative who was trying to outsmart his depression. Finally, he relented and went to a doc and is on anti-depressants now and it has changed his life--as it did yours. Thanks so much for sharing and informing others. We never know who we'll help.
